Terry Irving – Courier, a crime fiction

Terry Irving is a four time Emmy award-winning writer and producer who has worker for ABC News Nightline, CNN, and Don Imus/MSNBC.  He’s been in the trenches and behind the camera for some of the biggest news events of the past four decades.  Based on the release of  Nixon and LBJ tapes, Terry thinks Nixon was a crook.  In late October 1968 LBJ notified the N. Vietnam that the US would negotiate a peace settlement along the lines that would ultimately be the same result as the 1975 peace terms.  Nixon operatives notified the S. Vietnam that they would get better terms from Nixon after the election and the S. Vietnam Government pulled out.  Three days before the election LBJ told Senator Dirksen that Nixon had committed treason.  One day before the November election Nixon called LBJ to say he had nothing to do with the S Vietnam Government contact.  Nixon won by less than 1%.  Terry charges Nixon with the 22,000 additional American lives lost
