Jay Corbalis is a Development Associate with Federal Realty Investment Trust, where he focuses on development and entitlement issues related to large-scale, mixed-use redevelopment projects in the DC region. Jay is the co-chair of the board of the Friends of White Flint, and serves as the co-chair of the Tysons Partnership’s BID Task Force. Jay has an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University, and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. Jay will provide an overview of the Pike & Rose project in North Bethesda and an update on what is coming in Phase II. He will also discuss the larger transformation underway in the White Flint area and answer questions about future projects.
