Angelica Vaccarezza – Police Career Decision and Education

Angelica Vaccarezza ( 21 years old and completing her 3rd year at U of MD ) gave a professional power point presentation on her police career decision in the 9th grade, her 2 1/2 years of police internship, and her police related classes she took in college.  She had valuable experiences accompanying  policemen in her police intern uniform and witnessing very stressful arrest situations that involved shooting and injuries.  To become a policeman one must pass a background check, have 2 years of college, and complete 7 months at the police academy.  She will complete her 4 year college degree before joining the Montgomery County Police Force, to enhance her promotion opportunities.  Her power point presentation would be an inspiration to 8th, 9th, and 10th graders.
