Dr. Anthony “Tony” Panzera is the Executive Director of Every Neighbor United for Food (ENUF), a Washington, D.C.–area nonprofit that strengthens the regional food safety net through food rescue, volunteer engagement, and expanded access to fresh food.
He brings more than 24 years of experience in public health, food security, nutrition assistance, research, and nonprofit leadership, including work with the USDA, Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign, and American University.

Tony also serves as the 2026–27 President of the Rotary Club of Dupont Circle. A graduate of Cornell University, Brown University, and the University of South Florida, he is passionate about building partnerships that prevent food waste, nourish communities, and ensure that every neighbor has access to the food they need.
