Charles Hart is a mindset and team-effectiveness coach and consultant. Through Abiri Consulting LLC, he supports high-impact professionals and organizations navigating complexity, change, and leadership challenges.  He helps clients recognize patterns, make more intentional choices, strengthen leadership capacity, and turn insight into action. At the center of his work is the belief that human dignity and high performance are not competing priorities.

Before founding Abiri Consulting, Charles spent sixteen years as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, where he litigated civil rights cases and worked with elected leaders, agencies, and communities to reform public institutions. His legal career spans more than two decades. He is a graduate of Davidson College and NYU School of Law.
